  4. Ghee (Clarified butter), – 2-3 tablespoon
  5. Haldi (Turmeric powder) – 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1 teaspoon
  7. Hing (Asafoetida) – 1 pinch (optional)
  8. Adrak (Ginger) – 1 inch piece (finely grated)
  9. Lal mirch (Red chili powder) – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  10. Salt – swad anusar
  11. Dhaniya (Coriander leaves) – for garnishing (optional)
  12. Tej Patta (Indian bay leaf)
  13. lahsun (garlic)

Khichdi Banane Ki Vidhi

Cook karein

Garnish karein

Garama garam khichdi ko dhaniya, payz, tamatar or hari micrch or nibu ka salad bana kar garnish karein
